Abstract:
To provide a composite structure having, as a base unit, a cage-like structure which is required when a compound bonded into a cage-like conformation is applied to a device, and to provide a thermoelectric conversion element using the same.
A cage-like compound is formed on a base material as the composite structure by an aerosol deposition method utilizing an ordinary temperature shock compaction phenomenon. The thermoelectric conversion element 10 is constituted by using the composite structure.
