Abstract:
To provide a composite panel capable of being produced within several minutes by one stage operation without using an adhesive layer.
A panel 26 equipped with a honeycomb core and a thermoplastic resin exterior material to which a decorative polyvinyl fluoride exterior material 24 is bonded is molded within a press 16. Herein, the thermoplastic resin exterior material is preheated to softening temp. to be introduced into a registry together with the preheated decorative exterior material and both materials are together pressed in the press.
