To provide a composite structure producing method which is easy to carry out, and allows an infilling to be sufficiently stuck to a frame body, to thereby improve the strength without causing partial loss of area in the composite structure.
According to the method, a sheet 6 having a reinforcing plate 7 is inserted into slits 5a, 5b at both edges of the frame body 1, and the sheet 6 is arranged along an area immediately below a frame plate (upper surface plate) 1a of the frame body 1. Next, the infilling 2 such as mortar fed via a hose 3 is filled from a infilling introducing hole 8 into an enclosed space E of the frame body 1. After confirmation that the infilling 2 is filled in the enclosed space E of the frame body 1 up to a lower surface of the sheet 6, the sheet 6 is drawn from the frame body 1 under pressurization of the infilling 2. As a result, bubbles floating up to the area immediately below the frame plate 1a during filling operation of the infilling 2, are captured in vent holes in the sheet 6 and removed from the frame body 1. In this manner, the composite structure is produced with high unification and without bubbles in a boundary surface between the frame body 1 and the infilling 2.
