Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a composite structure requiring no three-dimensional and fine machining or film processing, made easy to assemble, susceptible to bending motion in a non-slidable manner as necessary, and capable of being enhanced in energy efficiency.
CONSTITUTION: A three-dimensional body is formed by bending the planar pattern developed on a plane and the respective members constituting the three- dimensional body are formed from surface members 12, 14 composed of polysilicon and the part corresponding to the ridgeline part of the three- dimensional body mutually connecting the respective surface members is constituted of a member 13 composed of polyimide.
