Abstract:
To provide a composite-type nonwoven fabric which, even though a pulp fiber web obtained by an air-laid method is used, can inhibit pulp fibers from falling off, is reduced in the contamination of foreign matter and is excellent in use feeling.SOLUTION: A composite-type nonwoven fabric is formed such that a pulp fiber web obtained by an air-laid method is stacked on and integrated with a spun-bonded nonwoven fabric. A paper-strengthening agent is added to the pulp fiber web. In the composite-type nonwoven fabric, a basis weight is 85.0 g/m2 or more and 130.0 g/m2 or less, a thickness is 0.48 mm or more and 0.75 mm or less, and the amount of the paper-strengthening agent added, as expressed in terms of a solid content, is 0.05 to 1.5% based on the solid weight of the pulp fiber web.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
