Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liposome with the average particle diameter of 18 to 25 nm high in safety and safety, and further, to provide an easily and simple method for producing the liposome.SOLUTION: Provided is a production method comprising a process where a phosphatide solubilized nano-vesicle emulsion (A) is prepared in the first step, a solubilized nano-emulsion (B) as an oil soluble component is prepared in the second step, and the (A) and (B) are mixed and homogenized in the third step. The method for producing a composite type solubilized nano-liposome being a general-purpose production technical method requiring no use of organic solvents, special emulsification devices and particle size regulation devices and economically and industrially excellent. Particularly, from the point that organic solvents are not used, it is a liposome excellent in safety.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
