Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liposome with the average particle diameter of 18 to 25 nm high in safety and safety, and further, to provide an easily and simple method for producing the liposome.SOLUTION: Provided is a production method comprising a process where a phosphatide solubilized nano-vesicle emulsion (A) is prepared in the first step, a solubilized nano-emulsion (B) as an oil soluble component is prepared in the second step, and the (A) and (B) are mixed and homogenized in the third step. The method for producing a composite type solubilized nano-liposome being a general-purpose production technical method requiring no use of organic solvents, special emulsification devices and particle size regulation devices and economically and industrially excellent.
