PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite valve 1 that is provided in a gas supply passage of equipment provided with gas supply passages of two systems, and that is configured to achieve cost reduction, space saving, reduction of labor for installation operation, and improvement in safety.SOLUTION: A first gas flow passage 8 with one end connected to a gas flow inlet 3 and the other end connected to a first gas flow outlet 4, and a second gas flow passage 9 with one end connected to an intermediate portion of the first gas flow passage 8 and the other end connected to a second gas flow outlet 5 are provided in a body portion 2 of the composite valve; a first on-off valve 11 is provided between the gas flow inlet 3 in the first gas flow passage 8 and a connection of the second gas flow passage 9; a second on-off valve 12 and a first pressure-regulating valve 15 are provided between the first gas flow outlet 4 in the first gas flow passage 8 and the connection of the second gas flow passage 9; and a third on-off valve 13 and a second pressure-regulating valve 16 are provided in the second gas flow passage 9.
