Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition that effectively alleviates ischemia-reperfusion injury.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, in one embodiment, the composition for alleviating ischemia-reperfusion injury comprises a c-Abl tyrosine kinase inhibitor. The composition for alleviating ischemia-reperfusion injury may be a solid organ preservation solution. The composition for alleviating ischemia-reperfusion injury may be an agent for alleviating ischemia-reperfusion injury to be administered to a patient in solid organ transplantation, thromboembolism, and surgery involving blocking at least a portion of blood flow to an organ or tissue.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
