This composition for cleaning the hair and a scalp and anti- seborrhea treatment contains at least one anti-seborrhea selected from pyridinethione salts, at least 1 wt.% of at least one hydroxy acid and at least one surfactant selected from an alkyl(poly)glycoside type nonionic surfactant and an amphoteric surfactant in an aqueous medium.
