Abstract:
To provide means for increasing blood concentration of adiponectin.
A composition contains 0.2 to 2.0 wt.% of L-threonine, in a conversion amount of free amino acid, of total amino acid. Food, supplement, a pharmaceutical product, and an animal feeding stuff contain the composition. A method of the composition comprises the step of mixing two or more kinds of amino acid source (for example, free amino acid, peptide or food material), thereby obtaining the composition containing 0.2 to 2.0 wt.% of L-threonine, in a conversion amount of free amino acid, of total amino acid.
