Abstract:

To provide a stable photosensitizing agent composition which is suitable for topical application to a skin.

The composition includes a photosensitizing agent and a skin-penetration enhancer. In the composition, delivery of the photosensitizing agent through the stratum corneum is improved. In addition, in the composition, stability is improved and the effect of skin photosensitivity is reduced.
