Abstract:
To provide: a composition which affords a cured product having both of a high refractive index and a high light transmittance; and a cured product of the composition.SOLUTION: Provided is a composition comprising a photopolymerizable compound (A) and metal oxide particles (B), where the metal oxide particles (B) are used which comprise a metal oxide showing a refractive index of 2.0 or more for light of a wavelength of 550 nm and which has surfaces thereof functionalized with a functionalizing agent. As the functionalizing agent, they are used in combination: a first functionalizing agent containing a metal atom having a HOMO-LUMO bandgap of more than 3.1 eV and 6.0 eV or less; and a second functionalizing agent which has a spacer group and does not correspond to the first functionalizing agent.SELECTED DRAWING: None
