Abstract:
To provide a means for diagnosis and therapy of disease relevant to abnormal wnt signal cascade.
The method for identifying the compound for controlling wnt signal cascade is obtained by identifying the connection partner to the kremen 1 and/or kremen 2 polypeptide including the process (a) kremen 1 and/or kremen 2 polypeptide are brought into contact with a screening objective compound; and the process (b) for measuring whether the compound affects to the activity of the polypeptide or not or measuring whether the connection between the polypeptide and the compound is generated or not.
