Abstract:
To provide a composition and a film, capable of forming a coated film excellent in chemical resistance on sunscreen agents, and excoriation resistance.SOLUTION: There is provided a composition containing a first polymer containing a unit based on fluoroolefin, and a unit based on one or more kind of monomer selected from a group consisting of vinyl ether, vinyl ester, allyl ether, allyl ester, and (meth)acrylic acid ester, a second polymer which is at least one kind selected from a group consisting of a fluorine polymer containing the unit based on fluoroolefin and a unit based on alkene, and a fluorine-containing polymer consisting of a unit based on different two or more kinds of fluoroolefins, and a fluorine-based surfactant.SELECTED DRAWING: None
