Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for a hard coat layer capable of forming a hard coat layer excellent in blocking prevention performance and leveling performance, a hard coat film formed by using the composition for a hard coat layer, a polarizer, and an image display device.SOLUTION: The composition for a hard coat layer comprises a leveling agent, fine silica particles, and a binder resin. The leveling agent contains a fluorine-based leveling agent having polypropylene glycol mono-acrylate, polyethylene glycol mono-acrylate, and 2-(perfluoro hexyl) ethyl acrylate as a monomer composition.
