Abstract:
To provide a method and to obtain a medicinal composition and a kit useful for accelerating bone formation and/or preventing bone loss and/or treating atheromatous arteriosclerosis.
This composition consists of a plyphosphonate as a first active ingredient, statin as a second active ingredient, a pharmaceutically permisible excipient and a carrier or diluent. As the polyphosphonate, alendronate, cimadronate, or the like, can be cited. As the statin, bervastatin, NK-104, or the like, can be cited.
