PURPOSE: To provide the subject composition containing a specific nonionic surfactant, anionic surfactant and silicone-based surfactant, having excellent effect for preventing the deposition of water mist droplet having an average particle diameter falling within a specific range and useful for the treatment of glass, mirror, etc.

CONSTITUTION: The objective composition capable of preventing the deposition of water mist droplets having an average particle diameter of 200-500μm contains (A) a nonionic surfactant having an HLB of 10-20 calculated by Griffin' s method, (B) an anionic surfactant having an HLB value of 25-35 calculated by Oda's method and converted to the value of Griffin's method and (C) one or more kinds of silicone-based surfactants having a cloud point of 10-20.
