Abstract:
To obtain a composition for maintaining stable vitamin C levels in vivo.
This composition contains a betaine and optionally vitamin C. Vitamin C is a nutrient helping health maintenance of the skin and the mucosa and having antioxidant effect, therefore, intake of this composition results in maintaining the vitamin C levels in vivo and stably exerting the efficacy of vitamin C in vivo as a nutrient.
