Abstract:

To provide a composition stabilized against early stage polymerization.

The composition stabilized against the early stage polymerization comprises a stable and sterically hindered organic nitroxyl compound expressed by formulae I and II and an ethylenically unsaturated monomer. For example, a 1,2-bis-adduct of 1-oxyl-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-benzoyloxypiperidine with styrene is included.
