Abstract:
To provide a composition stabilized with a dioxopiperidine derivative.
This composition, i.e., a polymeric system selected from the group consisting of polyoxymethylene, blend of polycarbonate and acrylonitrile- butadiene-styrene terpolymer and coating system based on functional acrylate resin and crosslinking agent, stabilized by incorporating a compound of the formula ((s) is 1-8; R1 to R5 and A are each one of various substituents, most preferably, (s) is 2, 3, 4 or 6; R1 to R4 are each methyl; R5 is H or one of various organic substituents; and A is one of various organic crosslinkable groups) exhibits high resistance to adverse effects of light, oxygen and heat.
