To provide a composition excellent in weather resistance and storage stability, excellent in adherence, alkali resistance, organic chemical resistance, moisture resistance, (warm) water resistance, contamination resistance, or the like as well, capable of forming highly hard paint film and having excellent photocatalytic action such as functions of decomposing organic substances, making substances hydrophilic, or the like.
This composition includes (A) at least one selected from a group consisting of organosilane of the formula (R1)nSi(OR2)4-n [R1 is a 1-8C univalent organic group; R2 is a 1-5C alkyl or a 1-6C acyl; (n) is an integer of 0-2; R1s may be each determined when (n) is 2; R2s may be each determined when 4-(n) is 2-4], its hydrolyzate and its partially condensed product, (B) a photocatalyst and (C-1) a fluoroacrylic polymer having silicon atom combined with hydrolyzable group and/or hydroxyl group at the end and/or side chain of polymeric molecular.
