Abstract:
To provide a composition excellent in storage stability and capable of forming a coating film excellent in adhesion to a substrate, weather resistance, water resistance, and wear resistance.SOLUTION: The composition of the present invention contains polymer particles and a liquid medium. The polymer particles contain a first polymer having a repeating unit derived from a fluorine-containing ethylenic monomer, and a second polymer having a repeating unit derived from an unsaturated carboxylic acid ester and a repeating unit containing a cationic group. The content of the cationic group in the second polymer is preferably 0.5 mmol/100 g or more and 50 mmol/100 g or less. The content of the first polymer in the polymer particles is preferably more than 0 mass% and less than 15 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
