Abstract:
To provide lactic acid bacterium having a stress relaxation effect when judged with an objective indicator to a human body or Bifidobacterium.SOLUTION: A stress relaxation composition contains, as an active ingredient, at least one of bacterial cells, secretions, culture solution or fermentation products thereof, bacterial components, and processed bacterial cells obtained from Bifidobacterium longum N576 strain (NITE BP-03308). In addition, the composition comprises at least one of a unit intake form per meal, and in the unit, bacteria obtained from Bifidobacterium longum N576 strain, secretion, its culture solution or fermentation product, or bacterial cell components, bacterial cell processed products as an effective ingredient.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
