Abstract:
To provide a pharmaceutical composition comprising a peptide-polynucleotide complex, and methods of use thereof.SOLUTION: The invention provides the use of a pharmaceutical composition comprising a peptide-polynucleotide complex, the peptide-polynucleotide complex comprising a ratio of peptide:polynucleotide that is more than about 50:1 and less than about 200:1, where the peptide is characterized by (a) being non-lytic and capable of affecting the release of a polynucleotide from an endosome of a cell and (b) comprising an amino acid sequence with at least 80% identity to a specific amino acid sequence.SELECTED DRAWING: None
