This new compound is a polyamine telomer compound having a group of formula I [A is H, a 1-4C alkyl or a 5-7C aryl; n is 1-100; R1 is H, CH3, C2H5 or (CH2)u-B; x and u are each 2-4; B is formula II (y is 2-4; z is 0-6; R3 to R5 are each H, a 1-4C alkyl or a hydroxyalkyl) or the like], e.g. a compound of formula III. The compound of formula I is obtained, for example, by using AIBN usable as a radical initiator, and, for example, by carrying out a polymerization reaction between a telogen of L1-SH, L2-SH or L3-SH kind, and a taxogen of the formula CH2=CA-CO-NHCH2CH2-NHG or the like.
