To provide a processed egg having a desirable texture by changing physical characteristics of the processed egg using poultry grown being fed with mixed feed according to nutritional planning for the mixed feed for poultry.SOLUTION: A mixed feed for a processed egg contains iodine of 12.5 mg/kg or more, the mixed feed improving a texture of a processed egg produced using an egg laid by poultry fed by the mixed feed and/or reducing damage to the processed egg.SELECTED DRAWING: None
