Abstract:

To provide a compound capable of being utilized as an organic n-type semiconductor excellent in electron transportability, and also an organic thin film containing such compound and an organic thin film element including such organic thin film.

This compound is provided by including a core part which is a ≥4 valent group induced from a cage compound or an aliphatic hydrocarbon compound and ≥4 side chain groups bonded with the core part, wherein, among the side chain groups, the ≥2 groups have the acceptor groups.
