Title:
COMPOUND HUMAN BODY DETECTION DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3196669
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine the retiring of a human body from a monitoring region properly.
SOLUTION: In a compound human body detection device that has a first sensor part 2 for detecting a human body in a first region 1A by detecting the change in infrared rays from the first region A and a second sensor part 3 for detecting the human body in a second region B that is included in the first region A in a required time from the transmission of an ultrasonic pulse to the return of a reflection wave and judges that a human body exists in the first region A when at least one of the first sensor part 2 or the second sensor part 3 detects the human body, division monitoring means 34a and 34b for monitoring a second region B by dividing into a third region B. that is close to the second sensor part 3 and a fourth region B1 that is away from it are provided, thus judging that the human body retired from the first region A when the second sensor 3 detected that the human body had disappeared from the fourth region and then from the third region from the time when the first sensor part 2 detected the human body to the time when it detected that the human body disappeared.
