Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably improve workability and evade erroneously imparting of compound information by automating a work imparting compound information for every batch.
SOLUTION: In this compound information imparting method, compound information stored in the register device is transferred to an ID tag writer 5 when carrying of the tip of a compound sheet S which is kneaded and is formed into a long size band shape in a rack conveyor 1 is detected by a detector 11, compound information preset is stored in a register device by the detection signal and the transfer of the compound sheet S is started by a transfer device 2, and compound information is written from the ID tag writer 5 to an ID tag 6 mounted on the batch base 4 when the compound sheet S is started to be loaded into the batch base 4 by a loading device 3.
