Abstract:
To provide a bifunctional compound useful as ubiquitinated modulator subjected to targeting and useful as an inhibitor of various polypeptides decomposed by the bifunctional compound and/or obstructed in the other manners and the other proteins.SOLUTION: The bifunctional compound having the following formula includes a Von Hippel Lindau (VHL) E3 ubiquitin ligase bonding part (ULM) directly or connected through a chemicals linker (L) and a protein targeting part (PTM).
