Abstract:
To provide a compound and method for simply, supersensitively detecting alkenes.
A compound for detection of alkenes comprises coordinating an NS2 type annular ligand having polycyclic aromatic ring as a side chain to an atom of group 11 metal. A method for detection of alkenes includes making the alkenes act on the compound for detection thereof, and measuring the change of the spectrographic characteristic of the compound.
