PURPOSE: To provide a conductor for deflecting coil suitable for coiling, which has a high space factor of the conductor, and a low DC resistance value.
CONSTITUTION: On a bare copper wire 2, a very thin winding layer 3 of a plastic tape is provided, and on the layer 3, a copper tape winding layer 4 and a plastic tape winding layer 3 are provided alternative and making the plastic tape winding layer 3 at the outermost layer. In such a structure, the copper tape winding layer 4 and the plastic tape winding layer 3 may be provided alternatively at a desired number of layers, on an insulating copper wire 6. Furthermore, on the bare copper wire 2 or on the insulating copper wire 6, an insulated copper tape where an insulating process was applied on one side or both sides by baking an insulating paint and the like, may be wound so as to provide an insulating layer and a conductive layer alternatively.
