PURPOSE: To provide novel compounds useful in the treatment and prevention of diseases relating to cell adhesion such as thrombosis induced by platelet aggregation.
CONSTITUTION: The compound of formula I {wherein R1 represents a group of formula II [wherein A is at m- or p-position to the position of CONR2-CONR3 and represents aminomethyl, guianidino or RaN=C(NH2)-(Ra represents H or a substitutable phenyl); E represents CH or N; Z1 represents H, a halogen, alkyl, alkoxy, CN or NO2] or III (wherein R represents N or CH; X3 represents a single bond, alkylene, or oxyalkylene when T is CH); R2 and R3 are each H, an alkyl or arylalkyl; Q represents a group of formula IV or V [wherein Z2 is Z1; Z3 represents X2-Ga (wherein Ga is G or Z2)], X2 represents a single bond, alkylene, oxyalkylene, alkylene-oxyalkylene, CH2CH(NHXR4) (wherein X represents SO2, CO or CO2; R4 represents alkyl, aryl or the like) or the like; G represents carboxy, ester or amide thereof}, for example methyl 4-[3-4- aminobenzoyl)-ureido] methylphenoxy acetate, is provided.
