To provide a comprehensive authentication system capable of eliminating the anxiety of consumers who input personal information via financial institutions, and capable of being used by companies to expand their businesses, and to collectively manage a plurality of services with a single ID to organize services received from companies.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a comprehensive authentication system that utilizes a customer base, where a financial institution system 10 comprises: company registration means 19 for registering information on start-up companies; customer personal information management means 13 for managing personal information of customers who hold accounts in financial institutions; authentication ID issuing means 11 for issuing authentication IDs and authentication passwords, which are common authentication identifiers for a plurality of registered companies, in response to requests from customers; and authentication ID login means 18 for enabling login to a web system for the registered companies with the single issued authentication ID and authentication password.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
