When retracting the pressing disk 10, the sticking pins 11 are contained in the compressive contact plate 14 by a pushing spring 13. The compressed waste plastics are pushed out of the compression chamber 1 by a pushing cylinder Q. Subsequently, the pushed-out waste plastics are bound by a binding device 2.
