To provide a device for producing a high-quality extrusion molded article having the whole material firmly integrated by sufficiently melting a heat-melting component without using a special heating means and securing the excellent extrusion moldability of a volume reduction compressed material even though there is the amount of the heat-melting component or a height of its melting point as a compression extrusion molding device used for reducing the volume of a solid waste material including the heat-melting component and recycling treatment or the like.
In the compression extrusion molding device M1, a solid material to be treated including the heat-melting component is charged into a treatment tank 1 wherein a pair of extrusion screw shafts 2A, 2B rotating by making spiral teeth 21a, 21b engaged with each other are disposed, and reduces the volume by the rotation of the extrusion screw shafts 2A, 2B and the compressed material is continuously extruded from a nozzle hole 30 of the front end of the treatment tank 1. A material pool 4 recessed in the extrusion direction is formed at the inner surface side of the front end of the treatment tank 1, and the inlet port side of the nozzle hole 30 is opened on the bottom surface of the material pool 4.
