Abstract:

PURPOSE: To effectively reutilize a polyurethane product containing a skin material or a glass fibers as it is along with a polyurethane component without separating the skin material or the glass fibers at all and to obtain a compression molded product excellent in physical properties at the time of the reutilization.
CONSTITUTION: A compression molding method in cludes a step of grinding a waste polyurethane product 10 containing a skin material and a glass fibers to form fine pieces, a step of mixing glass long fibers 21 and an isocyanate binder 23 with the fine pieces to obtain a bulky lumpy material and a step of subjecting the bulky lumpy material to compression molding along with the isocyanate binder.
