Abstract:
To provide a new control system for a compression self-ignition engine.SOLUTION: A control device of a compression self-ignition engine comprises a controller 100 of the engine 1, and an estimator 104 configured to receive an operation signal of the controller and detection signals of sensors SW1-SW16, estimate a state quantity in a combustion chamber 17 and output a state estimation signal to the controller. The estimator uses a liner parameter varying model shown by the following formula (1) to estimate the state quantity in the combustion chamber. A first coefficient Aand a second coefficient Bin the liner parameter varying model vary according to a torque of the engine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
