PURPOSE: To put a tested material on a loading stand efficiently by constituting the loading stand so that it can be moved in the horizontal direction and moving the leading stand from the test position to a separated position.

CONSTITUTION: Loading stand 10 is provided with rotary materials 11, 12 and 12' in the lower side, and oil pressure motor OM is fitted to rotary material 11. Rotary materials are rotated by the drive of the oil pressure motor, and loading stand 10 is moved between the two-dotted chain line position and the solid line position. In this case, the limitation dependent upon the use of the oil pressure and rotary materials does not exist because of a movable constitution. Meanwhile, a load mechanism has ram 15 and cylinder 14 as main materials and is installed in machine stand 1 under the floor, and an oil pressure is supplied to cylinder 14 from oil pressure generator 20, and ram 15 is displaced upward to move loading stand 10 upward. That is, the load mechanism is arranged in the lower part in this manner to establish stability also.
