Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce oxidation and unfavorable influences of bacteria due to air, by arranging a plurality of noodles balls in series and compressing them from both lined-up and side directions and packing them with a space between the end and a polyethylene packing sheet.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of molded noodles balls 1 are arranged in series and the groups of noodles balls are compressed to make a specified length by a compressing member 13, 16 for noodles groups, both side walls 10, 10, and a transfer device 8 of noodles balls to make a group 2 of compacted noodles balls. In this time, the belts of transfer device 8 for noodles balls and the side walls 10, 10 travel from the front side to the rear side and the compressive member 13 for noodles groups keeps a halt within the side walls 10, 10 and further, the compressive member 16 for noodles groups transfers to the rear side to compress the noodles balls. The noodles groups are compressed from the side wall as well to form a nearly equal shape. Thereaftter, compacted noodles groups 2 are contained in a polyethylene packing sheet and sealed with a space between the end of compacted noodles groups and the packing material to provide a restitution force as much as one noodles ball.
