Abstract:
PURPOSE: To shorten the axial length and to reduce the size in the direction perpendicular to the axis by arranging a stator, a rotor and a compressor sequentially and concentrically.
CONSTITUTION: A ring type stator 4 comprising an armature is arranged in a housing 3. A ring type rotor 5 is arranged rotatably at the inner circumferential side of the stator 4 through a pair of ring type thrust plates 6, 6. Then a scroll type compressor 10 comprising a pair of fixed scrolls 8, 8 and a rolling scroll 9 is placed in the center of the housing 3.
