PURPOSE: To speedily cope with the defective situation free from overlooking by converting each signal data which is rearranged in the priority order on the basis of the voice language data to the voice language representing the anomaly defective state, and outputting the voice language representing the converted anomaly defective state from a speaker.

CONSTITUTION: A computer 5A for maintenance is connected with an elevator control management computer on each board control panel. The signal data of the anomaly signals (a)-(k), defective state signals (a)-(j), and the state signal (a)-(i) is taken in from the memory in the elevator control management computer into a signal accommodation part 16. Then, the signal data is rearranged in the priority order by a priority order conversion part 17, referring the priority order data of the computer 5A for maintenance. The rearranged signal data is converted to the voice language represented the anomaly defective state, on the basis of the voice language data, by the voice language conversion part 18. The voice language is outputted from a speaker 20 by an output part 19. Accordingly, the defective state can be speedily coped with free from overlocking.
