To provide a technology to foster amusement properties to compete among players for love toward an object appearing in a game.SOLUTION: A server system 1100 includes: a match game control unit 231 for controlling execution of a match game in which a plurality of characters appear; a group setting unit 237 for setting a fan group to which one or more users can belong for each character; a love exponent calculation unit 241 for calculating a love exponent to a character of the group to which the user belongs for each user on the basis of a love operation by the user on the character; and a privilege determination unit 243 for determining a privilege granted to each user on the basis of a match result of the match game and the love exponent of each user belonging to the fan group.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
