When a user P carrying an information recording medium 400 enters a management area A, a management unit 340A performs authentication by an authentication code stored in an authentication cord storage part 410. When the authentication is successful, an electronic lock 330A is unlocked and a gate 310A opens, and a management code set with respect to the management area A is written to a management code storage part 420. When the user P accesses an authentication server device 100 from a terminal device 320A, the management code read from the management code storage part 420 is transmitted to the authentication server device 100. The authentication server device 100 permits to respond to access under predetermined conditions corresponding to the management code. When the user P leaves the management area A, the management code in the management code storage part 420 is deleted by the management unit 340A.
