PURPOSE: To highly reliably transfer information between plural program modules by guaranteeing the consistency of information by suppressing the access of a transmission means for the other program module on an area corresponding to an identifier added to information during the transmission of information.
CONSTITUTION: The substances 430 of data corresponding to every content code 410 and management information 420 for managing data are provided on a common storage medium. A command (transmission) is preferentially received in a management program during reception. When the command is transmitted during reception, a reception processing is executed again. Thus, only latest transmission data when a command (reception) is issued becomes the object of reception. A transmission flag is provided so as to suppression- control a system so that the command cannot be transmitted until transmission terminates even if the command (transmission) from the other program module is issued in a case when the transmission flag is set.
