Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel concentration method or concentration device for concentrating at least one of alkene and alkane having 2 to 4 carbon atoms and same carbon number from a mixture containing them by combination of a membrane separation device and a distillation tower.SOLUTION: There is provided a concentration method for concentrating alkene and/or alkane from a raw material mixture containing alkene and alkane having 2 to 4 carbon atoms and same carbon number by combination of a membrane separation device and a distillate tower, in which the raw material mixture is supplied to the membrane separation device and alkene is penetrated through a membrane and recovered, a membrane non-penetration mixture is supplied to the distillation tower, steam from an overhead is circulated and supplied to a supply passage of the raw material mixture and alkane is recovered from a tower bottom.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
