To provide a concrete block confining wastes without causing a gap in the joining part even it is disposed in a curved line or a polygonal line.
The concrete block A covers around concrete A1 containing wastes obtained by kneading wastes, cement and water with mortar or concrete A2. The front surface and both side surfaces are formed by symmetrically disposing two cylinders 1, 1 having arc shaped curved surfaces of same curvature on the right and left. A notch part 2 which has the circular arc shape of the same curvature as the curvature of the other side surface 1c and the front surface 1a, and fits the side surface or the front surface of the joining concrete block when the concrete block is laterally juxtaposed and joined is provided on one side surface 1b.
