PURPOSE: To manufacture a concrete composition which can eliminate or simplify the process of vibrating compaction and fill densely upto the corners of a mold and can be manufactured by an existing plant and equipment and existing materials.
CONSTITUTION: In a concrete composition composed of a cement material containing at least rough aggregate, small aggregate, water content and a high performance AE water reducing admixture, the water to bonding material ratio (W/C) is 35-41% when the cement material is represented by C and the water content represented by W, and the small aggregate rate (S/A) is 45-55% when the aggregate is represented by A and the fine aggregate in the whole of aggregate is represented by S, and the unit water amount (W) is 165-175kg/m. Said concrete composition is of high fluidity and provided with superior deformation properties and resistance to material separation.
