Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete form made of fiber-reinforced concrete and capable of being finished similarly to a natural rock by forming irregularities of a rock pattern on the outer surface kept in no contact with concrete.
SOLUTION: Irregularities 2 of a rock pattern are formed on the whole outer surface kept in no contact with concrete at the time of execution. The rock pattern is formed into the shape and colored in the color tone similarly to a natural rock. The opposite face 3 is kept in contact with the concrete placed at the time of execution, and multiple anchor fitting sections 4 are protruded on this face. Anchors are fitted to the anchor fitting sections 4, the anchors are connected to a skeleton by reinforcing bars, and a form is fixed to the skeleton. The thickness (t) of the form is preferably set to 20 mm or above in view of strength, and the interval between the adjacent anchor fitting sections 4 is preferably set to about 50 cm in view of execution. One side Y of it is set to about 1 m in size.
