Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deformation of a thin concrete form when a concrete product is formed.
SOLUTION: Concretes K and K1 are filled in a space 8 formed inside a form 1 and between the form 1 and an outer form 5. The mixing ratios of a hardening agent are different in the concretes K and K1, and the hardening rate of the concrete K1 in the space 8 is slower, and even when the concrete K in the form 1 is hardened, still the concrete K in the space 8 is in the paste state. The internal pressure and external pressure of the concrete form 1 are equal by the arrangement, and even when the form 1 is formed thin, the deformation of the form 1 is controlled.
